Anand Kamat

Biography

 Anand is the Senior Vice President, Supply Chain at GVK BIO. He joined GVK BIO in 2014 and he is responsible to align the Supply Chain Planning and Management with the Business Strategy and drive supply chain excellence initiatives.   A Supply Chain industry veteran with 25 years of experience in diverse industries, Anand’s expertise spans across Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Operational Improvement, Third Party Management and Supplier Diversity Programs. Prior to GVK BIO, Anand was the Vice President, Planning and Procurement at Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd. and has spent over a decade with Shell Lubricants in various leadership roles. Anand holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai and a Master’s Degree in Financial Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai
