Daniel Phelan

Biography

 Dan Phelan is a member of the Board of Directors of TE Connectivity and is Chairman of the Management Development and Compensation Committee. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Indivior plc and Chair of the Remuneration Committee. He is also a member of the Health Care Advisory Board of Computer Sciences Corporation and the Advisory Board of RiseSmart. He is an Executive Director of Executive Networks and co-chairs its Human Resources Roundtable. During his 31-year career with GlaxoSmithKline, he served as a trusted advisor to three chief executives; Chief of Staff; Senior Vice President, Human Resources; and a member of the Corporate Executive Team. Mr. Phelan has been published in the areas of CEO succession and onboarding and public sector collective bargaining in the Harvard Business Review and HR Directions. He has also been a lecturer on comparative corporate governance at Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations Executive Master’s Program.
