Leon Kalvaria

Biography

 Leon Kalvaria is Chairman of the Institutional Clients Group and is a member of the Senior Client Executive group, the ICG Global Management Committee, the Global Banking Executive Committee, and Citigroup’s Private Equity Investment Oversight Committee. Previously, he was Global Head of Consumer and Healthcare Investment Banking and a member of Citigroup’s Global Investment Banking Operating Committee. Mr. Kalvaria joined Schroders in 1996 as Global Head of the Consumer Investment Banking, and Citigroup in 2000 following the merger of the two companies. Prior to Schroders, he was Vice Chairman and a Director of Triarc Companies, a firm focused on investments in the consumer industry, and as Managing Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Kalvaria has advised numerous Chief Executive Officers and Boards of Directors in the Consumer and Health Care sectors, as well as other industries, and has participated in some of the industry’s largest, most complex mergers and acquisitions.
