Ohn Krol

Biography

 John A. Krol (Jack) most recently served as the Chairman of Delphi Automotive. He is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DuPont. Following four years of service in the U.S. Navy, he joined DuPont as a chemist and culminated his career as Chairman and CEO. He has served on numerous corporate boards, including J.P. Morgan, MeadWestvaco, Milliken Company, and the advisory boards of Bechtel Corporation and Teijin Ltd. Mr. Krol’s global leadership experience and extensive expertise in corporate governance, operations, financial management, and strategic development are highly valued and sought after by numerous boards and corporate organizations.
