Biography
Ron worked in most departments in the company. In his early years, Ron worked in Supply Chain, then was a supervisor in the Manufacturing Dept; Packaging Dept; and Q.C. Lab . He has held numerous positions in the Sales Department; was the Purchasing Manager; and was Vice President of Administration and Finance; Executive Vice President; and President and Chief Operating Officer. Ron became CEO in 2009. In 2013 he became Chairman of the Board of Directors. Ron is passionate about fostering a culture that is conducive to individual and professional growth and aligning the company’s culture with its core values. Ron enjoys tennis, swimming, snorkeling and biking. He is an active volunteer member of Therapy Dog International, with a Golden Retriever rated TDIAOV. Ron is Treasurer of the Society of Servants of God. He is happily married with two grown children and two grandchildren.
