Biography

Rebecca is the original founder of Hager Executive Search and currently serves as Managing Partner.   Rebecca brings a track record of leading profitable growth for both start-ups and a multi-billion dollar enterprise to Hager Executive Search. A talented entrepreneur with a blend of corporate and startup experience, Rebecca brought Hager Executive Search to profitability within 6 months of founding, and has been integral in building Hager’s culture, keeping at the forefront of modern talent strategy, and remaining focused on Hager’s purpose of building better companies through talent. Hager’s focus is to provide high quality/high touch service to our client partners, knowing our success is in helping our client partners to be more successful.   Prior to founding Hager Executive Search, Rebecca led a talent acquisition team for the world's second-largest HR service consulting firm as well as building and growing another startup recruitment firm to exponential success in a 2 year time frame hiring 500+ people and overseeing multi-million dollar revenue growth.
