Ben Chandler

Biography

    As Chief Innovation Officer, Ben Chandler is responsible for fostering and strengthening Haley & Aldrich’s culture of innovation by discovering new ways of effectively and efficiently providing the value our clients seek. He continuously collaborates with the company’s staff, clients, and partners to capture innovation opportunities that will deliver differentiated value to our clients. This includes connecting innovators, early adopters and those with a passion for new technologies inside and outside Haley & Aldrich, and capturing grassroots innovations and “seeding” them across the company so all staff can take those innovative approaches to their clients.  For the past nearly 30 years Ben has worked in the U.S., Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia at the leading-edge of construction, environmental stewardship, sustainability, and resilience. He has worked across all the market segments Haley & Aldrich serves, always with a focus on innovative ways of working and new technologies to address complex challenges.  As a Certified Lean Black Belt, Ben is highly skilled at fostering innovative collaborations to delivering the value sought by customers and their stakeholders. Ben earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in civil engineering from the University of Surrey, a top-ten UK university and innovation leader.
