Biography
As the Chief Human Potential Officer at Haley & Aldrich, Erin leads all aspects of the company’s Human Potential (HP) program including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, rewards and recognition, compliance, benefits and human resource information systems (HRIS). With Erin’s leadership, our HP team focuses on attaining top industry talent, and helping to create and sustain a work environment that allows staff to tap into their potential to grow their careers, contribute at their highest level and provide the greatest value to our clients. As a result of Erin’s more than 25 years of executive human resources (HR) experience and her highly collaborative approach, she encourages deliberate growth and partnership at all levels in the organization. Prior to joining Haley & Aldrich, Erin was most recently President and Owner of HR Plus Consulting, Inc., a consultancy offering a broad suite of services ranging from HR leadership, organizational development, training and learning workshops, and executive coaching, to team engagement, employee interventions, and conflict resolution. Over the years Erin has held executive HR roles within a diverse set of companies. She has led and developed HR teams supporting geographically dispersed organizations with workforces ranging from 14,000 to 15 employees, within industries including consulting services, technology, hospitality, security/investigative services and non-profit. Erin earned a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) certification and is an experienced and licensed Mediator. She is also an administrator of Meyers Briggs (MBTI), Management Drives and Predictive Index personality and style indicators. She earned a Master of Arts degree in organizational conflict resolution at the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology at the University of Texas at Dallas.
