Biography
Chris previously worked for Hamby in 2010 as an assistant to our culinary team. He went on to assist various restaurants including, ‘Cesca, Al Di La and Triangle Char Bar. With over 15 years of experience under his belt, Chris rejoined Hamby as a sous chef in 2016. He is a graduate of the Art Institute of Charleston with a bachelor’s degree in culinary management. Originally from Germany, Chris speaks fluent German and specializes in their cuisine.
