Biography
Prior to joining the Hamby team in 2013, Dornell spent the last ten years assisting several other area restaurants such as Shem Creek Bar & Grill and the Charleston Crab House. As a Sous Chef for Hamby, Dornell helps serve our off-site operations, as well as standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality and proper execution for our large-scale events. His vast experience in kitchen operations and infectious enthusiasm make him a valued addition to the team. Dornell is currently pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts Technology from Trident Technical Collage.
