Carl Panebiango

Biography

  Carl Panebiango has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of general and civil construction. His expertise includes contract negotiation, scheduling and project engineering. Carl also has extensive experience as a superintendent for general and civil construction with a proven ability to manage all phase of multi-million dollar projects. During Hurricane Katrina, Carl worked diligently to adequately pre-position crews before the storm to begin immediate clean-up work afterwards. Carl and his crews weathered the storm on site and began the clean-up in the City of Kenner within hours of Katrina’s passing. Carl has also worked as General Superintendent on multiple construction projects for the Louisiana Department of Transportation (DOTD), overseeing millions in state projects. Carl’s knowledge and sound execution of complicated projects is one of the reasons why local and state governments count on Hard Rock for the tough jobs! The heart of Carl’s philosophy is hard work.
