Kyparissia (kyp) Sirinakis

Biography

 Kyp is a co-founder and managing partner of Epidarex Capital and Rock Spring Ventures EU LP. She is employed at Masa Inc., Investment Arm and MASA Life Science Ventures, LP and has more than 20 years of experience in creating and growing companies as an early-stage investor and senior executive in various health science and technology companies. She served as the Chief Financial Officer for Oncologix, a venture-backed, early-stage biotechnology company subsequently sold to Antigenics, Inc. In addition, Ms. Sirinakis served as a director of the Technology Resource Alliance and adjunct professor at the George Mason University Entrepreneurship Center. She serves as a director of Correlogic Systems, Inc., MdBio, Inc., FASgen, Inc., and Confluence Life Sciences. She is a member of the Investment Advisory Board at CIT GAP Funds.  Kyp is a certified public accountant in the state of Maryland and a graduate of the Boston College School of Management Honors program.
