Biography
His attention to detail and quality control come through in every aspect of every project, with a determination to continually improve. During Vijay's 13 years as Harris' Asset Management group leader, he has never missed a single deadline. Before joining Harris, Vijay worked for the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, where he helped develop their StreetSaver® pavement management software. Now he’s one of their preferred consultants, earning the title of MTC "Power User." He sets up the program for clients and trains staff to use it effectively so they can succeed without him. Civil engineering runs in Vijay's blood. His father, brother and even his wife are all civil engineers. Meanwhile, the leadership skills that fuel Vijay's career success helped propel his professional cricket team to its first championship under his captaincy in 2017.
