Biography
James “Jim” Heal, Principal and Senior Plumbing Designer, joined HCE in 1994. He has over 30 years of plumbing and piping design experience. Jim’s career started in Illinois in 1978 as a draftsman and piping designer. He gained fire protection, plumbing, underground storage and medical system experience with various firms and in 1990 started his own firm which he operated until he relocated to Nevada. His extensive background includes the design of soil, waste, vent, hot and cold water, natural gas, medical gas, and fire protection systems for hospitality, food service, medical, institutional, and industrial projects.
