Biography
Kent Bell joined HCE as a Mechanical Engineer in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Kansas. During his years with HCE, he has designed mechanical systems for diverse projects including some of Las Vegas’ most notable “green” projects. He was the first Mechanical Engineer in the State of Nevada to receive the US Green Building Council’s designation of LEED Accredited Professional and has been a member of the Las Vegas Chapter of the USGBC since its inception, serving on the Board of Directors for two years. Through his hard work and innovative spirit, he became a Principal in the firm in 2002. In 2016, Kent assumed the role of company President of HCE. He combines his mechanical engineering expertise, his knowledge of sustainable design, and his ability to train and inspire HCE to design the future of the built environment
