Biography
David C. Everitt currently serves as Non-Executive Chairman since August 2014, and previously served as Interim President and CEO during the period February - July 2014. Mr. Everitt is the retired co-leader of Deere & Company’s Agriculture and Turf Division, that company’s largest operating group. During his 37-year career with Deere & Company, he served as President - North America, Asia, Australia, Sub-Saharan and South Africa, and Global Tractor & Turf Products. Mr. Everitt also serves on the Board of Directors for Agrium Inc., Allison Transmission and Brunswick Corp. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the National Business Aviation Association.
