Biography
Mr. Shoemaker has served as one of our directors since March 2005. He is Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a member of our Audit Committee. Mr. Shoemaker has been a private investor since his retirement as Chairman of the Board of First Boston Corporation and First Boston, Inc. in 1989, a position he assumed in 1983. Mr. Shoemaker also serves as a director of Wynn Resorts Limited.
