Brian D. Goldner

Biography

 Mr. Brian D. Goldner has been the Chief Executive Officer of Hasbro, Inc. since May 2008. Mr. Goldner has day-to-day responsibility for all of Hasbro's North American toy and game operations. He served as President of Hasbro, Inc. from May 22, 2008 to February 6, 2017. He served as a Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Tiger Electronics, Ltd. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Hasbro Inc., from January 2006 to 2008 and also served as its President of U S Toys Segment from 2001 to 2003 and again from 2003 to 2006 and also served as its Head of Operations segment. Mr. Goldner served as the President of U.S. Toys of Hasbro Inc. from 2003 to 2006. From 2000 to 2001, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of U.S. Toys and Chief Operating Officer at Bandai America, Inc. from 1997 to 2000. He has been the Chairman of the Board at Hasbro Inc. since May 21, 2015. He has been a Director at The Gap, Inc since August 12, 2016. He has been a Director of Hasbro Inc. since 2008. He serves as a Director of The Miriam Hospital. He serves on the Board of Directors at Bradley Hospital in Rhode Island (The Rhode Island Hospital). He is a member of the Producers Guild of America and sits on the board of trustees at Moses Brown School in Providence, RI. He served as an Independent Director at Molson Coors Brewing Company from November 18, 2010 to May 25, 2016. He completed Executive Education Program at the Amos Tuck School. Mr. Goldner is a graduate of Dartmouth College.
