Biography
Russell Hochman serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Harsco in 2013, he served in senior legal roles with Pitney Bowes Inc. and leading law firms based in New York. He holds a J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University and a B.A. from Cornell University.
