Clark R. Hale

Biography

Mr. Clark R. Hale has been President and Chief Operating Officer of Hayward Industries, Inc. since October 2012. Mr. Hale served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Brooks Instrument, LLC since August 2010. Mr. Hale was responsible for leading all global operations, including quality, material management, procurement and manufacturing engineering functions. He has more than 25 years of experience driving revenues, profits and cash flow in $200-$500-million operations. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of Victaulic Company, a manufacturer of specialty mechanical piping systems, where he served for six years. Additionally, during a 17-year career with Emerson Electric, he held a number of operational leadership positions before being named Division President of ASCO Valve – U. S. and Copeland Refrigeration. Mr. Hale holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brown University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of California at Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University.
