Biography
Mr. Igor Borisovich Serov serves as Chief Financial Officer at Hemoglobin Oxygen Therapeutics LLC. Mr. Serov served as the Managing Director and Head of The Corporate Clients Division at CJSC "Sberbank CIB" since 2013. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of ZAO United Industrial Corporation since 2009. He served as Deputy Head of the Financial Institutions Division in the Department of Corporate Clients (DCC) at Sberbank since May 16, 2012. He served as Chief Executive Officer at United Industrial Corporation since 2009. From July 2006 to October 2008, he worked as Managing Director at Renaissance Capital Investment Company. Prior to that, he worked in such international investment houses as Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Rose Square Capital, Bankers Trust and Goldman Sachs. He serves as a Director of ZAO United Industrial Corporation. Mr. Serov graduated from Connecticut College (USA) with a BA in economics (with honours) and mathematics.
