 Mr. R. Milton Johnson has been the Chief Executive Officer of HCA Holdings, Inc. since January 1, 2014 and has been its Chairman since December 31, 2014. Mr. Johnson served as the Chief Financial Officer at HCA Holdings, Inc. since February 9, 2011 and July 22, 2004 respectively and served as its President since February 9, 2011 until January 2014 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer.
