Biography
he has had extensive experience managing nursing care and leading clinical excellence. She has led and participated in several key change initiatives including improving nursing team engagement, performance transformations using LEAN processes and developing a culture of excellence focused upon the patient, employee and physician satisfaction. Deborah also has a proven track record of driving company-wide nursing care initiatives which have resulted in streamlined work processes and improved patient outcomes. She is committed to the nursing profession and to creating leadership development programs for the nursing teams. Prior to her role at Sinai-Grace, Deborah was Chief Nursing Officer at Detroit Receiving Hospital and Ingham Regional Medical Center, now known as McLaren Greater Lansing. In addition to her impressive nursing leadership experience, Deborah is a Certified Nurse Executive, A LEAN Healthcare Executive and has a Masters of Management. She brings a great deal of knowledge and leadership with her and will be of great benefit to Healogics. Her leadership and clinical capabilities will serve us well as we continue our mission to deliver our wound care expertise everywhere we can, for every patient who would benefit.
