Biography
saras served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Red Lobster and an Officer of the parent company, Darden Restaurants Inc. While with Red Lobster, Psaras developed a successful human resource strategy to support the needs of more than 700 restaurants, 65,000 employees and $2.6 billion in annual sales. In 2012, Darden was named to the FORTUNE “100 Best Companies to Work For” list for the second year in a row. Prior to joining Red Lobster, Psaras served as Global Vice President, HR for the Avery Dennison’s Specialty Materials organization. Avery Dennison is a Fortune 500 global leader in pressure-sensitive technology and self-adhesive solutions for consumer products and label materials. Psaras holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Youngstown State University and an MBA from Rollins College.
