Biography
Martin joined the company in 2010 and has been instrumental in integrating and streamlining operations since the merger of Diversified Clinical Services and National Healing Corporation in 2011. Martin has over 25 years of health care, technology and service experience. Previously, Martin served as an executive management consultant for a large private equity firm in New York. He was senior vice president and general manager for Cardinal Health, a $93 billion Fortune 500 multinational company in health care products and services. Martin also served as group president at VIASYS Healthcare, a $600 million global company that provides respiratory, neurology and orthopedic equipment, supplies and services where he was responsible for Global Services, International Sales and the company’s information technology strategy. Martin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from York University in Toronto, Canada, and he completed the Wharton Executive Development Program at the University of Pennsylvania.
