Biography
Mr. Henshaw joined the company in 2015 with nearly 20 years of healthcare-specific legal and business experience. Prior to Healogics, Mr. Henshaw served as the Deputy General Counsel and Chief Strategy Officer of Supply Chain for Express Scripts, a Fortune 20 organization. He provided strategic counsel to drive solutions and company growth. Additionally, Mr. Henshaw was responsible for all legal work for the various healthcare companies owned and operated by Express Scripts. Mr. Henshaw earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from St. Louis University School of Law.
