Biography
Dr. Ennis joined Healogics in 2015, and has practiced wound care for 24 years. Previously, Dr. Ennis served as the Chief Medical Officer for Accelecare Wound Centers, as well as President of the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care. He is board certified in general surgery, vascular surgery and family medicine with a certificate of added qualification in undersea and hyperbaric medicine. Dr. Ennis founded the first wound healing and tissue repair fellowship in the United States, as well as served as President of the American College of Wound Healing and Tissue Repair. After graduating from the State University of New York at Stony Brooke, Dr. Ennis earned his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He subsequently received his MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago. Currently, Dr. Ennis is pursuing a Master’s degree in medical management from the University of Southern California.
