Biography
Bob Scalia, An accomplished 29-year veteran of the consumer packaged goods industry, Bob joined Hearthside as part of the Ryt-way Industries acquisition. An experienced executive with a strong operational, financial, and general management background, Bob is an innovator forging some of the largest outsourcing deals in the food industry. Prior to Hearthside, he served as COO for Ryt-way. Prior to that, Bob was COO for a global direct mail and consumer goods company, which he grew from $180 million to $400 million through a combination of strong, organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Bob Scalia’s career spans senior management positions with General Mills, Nabisco, Kraft, and the Hershey Company.
