Biography
Mr. Fournier graduated from the University of Maine with a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering. At HEB, he is responsible for project management, structural design and analysis of bridges and other structures, site reconnaissance, field investigation, and construction observation. In 2011, he was invited to join HEB’s leadership group and became a shareholder of the firm. Just a few years later, in 2013, he was elected Vice President of the firm. He is responsible for management of the Structural Group and is well-versed in state and federal agency requirements and municipally-managed programs. Mr. Fournier was named a 'Rising Star in Structural Engineering' by ZweigWhite/Structural Engineer Magazine, recognizing his exceptional technical ability, aptitude for leadership and contributions to the structural engineering profession.
