Biography
Mr. McAllister received his Civil Engineering degree in 2002 from Clarkson University and began his career at HEB in 2004. In 2008, he was invited to join HEB’s leadership group and became a shareholder of the firm. In 2012 he became Vice President of Operations and was elected Treasurer in 2013. Mr. McAllister received his license as a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) in 2010 as well as completing his Masters of Business Administration program through Plymouth State University. His areas of expertise include erosion & sediment control, hydraulic/hydrologic studies, riverbank stabilization, high-profile commercial development, roadway and subdivision design and construction adminstration. Mr. McAllister is well-versed in local, state and federal regulations, and has successfully presented client projects to local planning boards, state permitting agencies and federal funding boards.
