Seth E. Burnell

Biography

 Mr. Burnell joined HEB upon graduation from Cornell University in 2002. He has considerable experience with many aspects of boundary and engineering surveys, having followed in his father's and grandfather's footsteps as a land surveyor in the Mount Washington Valley.  His duties as Project Surveyor include field survey, data analysis and adjustment, deed research, plan compilation, and boundary determination. He is also responsible for the design and maintenance of HEB’s computer systems.
