Biography
Jim is an attorney in the firm’s Raleigh office. His practice focuses in the areas of civil litigation, business law, construction litigation, and employment law. He is an active member of the North Carolina State Bar, the NC Bar Association 4All Service Day Committee, the NC Bar Association Medico-Legal Liaison Committee and the NC Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Community Relations Committee. While in law school, Jim was a member of the Order of the Barristers, the Holderness Moot Court National Team and a contributor to the Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation.
