Biography
Steven B. Gerber, M.D. is the chairman of the board and has been a director of the Company since October 2003. From 1990 to 2002, Dr. Gerber was Head of Healthcare Research at Oppenheimer & Co. From 1997 to 2012 Dr. Gerber served as a Medical Expert for the US Social Security Administration, from September 2003 through January 2007 Dr. Gerber served on the Board of Directors of Hypertension Diagnostics (HDII.OTCBB), and from January 2006 through February 2007 Dr. Gerber also served on the Board of Directors of Conor Medsystems (CONR.NASDAQ). From 1989 to 2001, Dr. Gerber served on the Board of Directors of Syncor International (SCOR-NASDAQ), and from 1995 to 2013 was a Member of the Board of Overseers of Tufts University School of Medicine.
