Dave Haake

Biography

 As our COO, Dave has a careful eye on our entire organization. And, as someone who’s steadily risen through the ranks since his start in 1993 — from project manager to electrical team lead to now an executive vice president and member of the Board of Directors — there’s no one we’d trust more to lead the firm into the future. Dave has a unique way of being able to see the big picture of what’s happening across the entire company, yet also pinpoint critical issues on an individual level and develop a plan to correct them. His engineering expertise, genuine care for others, and intricate knowledge of our business have all been a huge factor in Henderson’s continued growth and success. Even better, his approachable and down-to-earth nature allow Dave to connect personally with employees throughout the entire organization. His door is always open, which is fantastic because it lets us hear his infectious laugh down the hall on a regular basis. Promise it will make you laugh, too.
