Biography
Rick Eicher established his reputation in corporate work in 2002 when he joined Henderson as an associate and director of Houston operations. A few years later, Rick moved within the company and assumed his current role as director of Dallas operations in 2006. Now he leads a team of more than 40 in our north Texas office, focused on pursuing retail, corporate, and sports work in the region. This vice president led the design of several landmark corporate build-to-suit projects, including the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters in Frisco. Today, Rick serves as national corporate practice director and leads all of Henderson’s corporate office work nationwide. In addition to build-to-suit construction projects, Rick is also experienced in a wide variety of corporate interiors and capital improvement projects. His corporate interiors portfolio includes Fortune 500 companies such as USAA, Bank of America, XEROX and Neiman Marcus. Rick leads corporate design with a spirit of devotion, creativity and humility — the driving forces behind Henderson.
