Chris Thibodeaux

Biography

 Standing north of 6’6” tall, Chris Thibodeaux definitely commands a room. However, it’s his genuine care for the clients he serves and his steady, calm leadership that make the biggest impact. As an associate vice president and lead mechanical engineer for Henderson’s Dallas office, Chris has a hand in most of the commercial work that comes out of Henderson’s north Texas office. Starting at Henderson in 2002, he moved to the Dallas office in 2011. He champions smart design and is dedicated to service — both important qualities valued by Henderson’s national retail partners. With more than 15 years of experience, Chris leads a specialized team that can efficiently adapt prototypical designs to the constraints, climate and jurisdictional requirements of multiple project locations. Chris’ reputation is built on his hands-on approach, working closely with Henderson’s retail partners through all stages of development and construction, including preliminary and construction site observations, code review, and analysis. He’s also a favorite colleague in the office, always willing and ready to lend a helping hand to anyone who needs it.
