Biography

 Kelly Noel is a vital member of the Henderson family because she leads by example. She’s serious about her work and compassionate about people. A proven leader and an associate vice president, Kelly oversees the design, management, and coordination of one of our biggest retail programs to date. She is an integral player in complex and high-volume designs for some of our largest retail clients. They trust her expertise and know that with Kelly, what you see is what you get. While co-leading one of the largest production teams at Henderson, Kelly also finds time to help drive collaboration and break industry stereotypes through her leadership on the board of Empow[HER], Henderson’s women’s network. She is also active in giving back to the community. One of the things she’s most proud of is her work mentoring underrepresented youths by showing them how to become leaders in their own neighborhoods. Kelly knows the importance of having great role models, and she is committed to showing all kids their possibilities are limitless.
