Stacey Crabtree

Biography

 Isn’t it funny how life has a way of working itself out? Stacey Crabtree was never supposed to end up in HR. But after graduating with an English degree, she found her calling while working as a headhunter. She loved the thrill of connecting with people on a personal level and helping them find and pursue their passions. More than two decades later, her accidental career has moved with her around the world, finally landing her at Henderson in 2008 as our director of human resources and associate. For Stacey, family is her number one priority, and that includes her Henderson family. Empathetic, methodical, and deliberate, she just gets it when it comes to seeing the big picture of the business and identifying what it takes to make it all work. Even more importantly, her true skill is in her ability to balance that strategic vision with the needs of our individual employees to make sure nothing — and no one — is ever overlooked.
