Biography

 We’re proud to say that Tiffany Arnold is not a typical attorney. Serving as Henderson’s general counsel heading up our risk management department, Tiffany is as straight forward as they come. This associate is able to discuss complex contracts and critical negotiations in a way anyone can understand. A former prosecutor and a student of the late Justice Scalia, her legal prowess is evidenced by the various policies and procedures she has had a hand in developing to protect Henderson and our clients. And when she’s not dropping legal knowledge, she can be found exercising her creative side, maybe performing as a DJ, tearing up the dance floor, or sewing a new wardrobe for her kids.
