Jochen Krautter

Biography

Dr. Jochen Krautter served as Executive Vice President of Adhesives Technologies of Henkel Group from April 2007 to June 30, 2007. Dr. Krautter served as Executive Vice President of Finance of Henkel AG & Co. KGaA. He served as Executive Vice President of Henkel Technologies Gmbh from July 2003 to March 2007. He served as Head of Henkel Technologies of Henkel AG & Co. KGaA from July 2003 to March 2007. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President of Finance of Henkel Group from 2000 to July 2003. He served as Executive Vice President Adhesives Technologies at Henkel AG & Co. KGaA from April 2007 to June 2007. From 1992 to 2000, he served as Executive Vice President of Henkel's Surface Technologies Business, Information Systems and was responsible for Latin America operations. From 1991 to 1992, Dr. Krautter served as Managing Director of Henkel Belgium S.A. and Henkel Nederland B.V. From 1987 to 1991 he served as Corporate Vice President of Logistics and Information Systems at Henkel Group. From 1983 to 1986, he served as Director of Sales & Marketing Planning & Key Account Management of Henkel Group. During 1980 to 1983, he served as Head of Marketing Services, Consumer Division Germany of Henkel Group and from 1977-80 served as its Sales Director of Detergents. He joined Henkel & Cie. GmbH in 1973 as a Management Assistant. He joined Henkel & Cie. GmbH as Management Assistant in 1973. From 1975 to 1977, He served as Head of Marketing Planning Detergents of Henkel & Cie. GmbH. Dr. Krautter served as the Chairman of the Board and Directors for Henkel of America, Inc. He serves as a Director of Arizona Chemical Company, LLC. He served as Member of Management Board of Henkel Group since June 15, 1992 to June 30, 2007 and Henkel AG & Co from June 1992 to June 2007. KGaA. He served as a Member of the Supervisory Boards of BASF Coatings AG and Dresdner Bank Latin America. He served as a Director of Henkel Loctite Corporation. He served as a Director of Ecolab Inc. from March 2002 to August 2005. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Mannheim, and attended Stanford University for one year as a research fellow in Marketing He studied Industrial engineering at Karlsruhe Technical University.
