Mark E. Mlotek

Biography

    Mr. Mark E. Mlotek has been the Chief Strategic Officer and Executive Vice President of Henry Schein, Inc. since 2012. Mr. Mlotek serves as Secretary of Zahn Dental Co., Inc. and Henry Schein Europe Inc. He served as an Executive Vice President of Corporate Business Development Group at Henry Schein, Inc. from 2000 to 2012 and again since February 2004. He served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Development Group at Henry Schein, Inc. from February 2000 to 2004 and also served as its Head of Corporate Development February 2000, Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from 1994 to 2000. He served as a Partner in the law firm of Proskauer Rose LLP, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and tax law from 1989 to 1994. He has been a Director of Henry Schein, Inc. since September 1995. He has been a Director of Pelican Acquisition Company Pty Ltd. since October 10, 2010. He serves as a Director of Henry Schein Animal Health Holdings Ltd. and Provet Holdings Limited. He serves as a Trustee of Montefiore Health System, Inc. Mr. Mlotek holds a BS from The City College of New York in Accounting.
