Biography
Richard Werber is acting general counsel for Herbalife Nutrition with responsibility for the Company’s legal departments around the world. Werber joined Herbalife Nutrition in this role in May 2017. He brings with him over 30 years of legal experience and previously served as vice president, general counsel and secretary of Rexall Sundown, Inc., a multinational manufacturer of nutritional supplements and sports nutrition products. Prior to that, Werber was a partner at several law firms, including Holland & Knight LLP.
