Biography
Dr. Hawkins is well-known and highly respected in the field of ophthalmology in the Nashville and Middle Tennessee area. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Tennessee at Memphis. He completed his Ophthalmology Residency at Baylor Affiliated Hospitals in Houston, Texas. Dr. Hawkins is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Tennessee Academy of Ophthalmology, Nashville Academy of Medicine, Tennessee Medical Association and American College of Surgeons.
