Nathan E. Fisher

Biography

 Mr. Nathan E. Fisher has been an Executive Vice President of Procurement at Momentive Performance Materials Inc., Momentive Performance Materials Worldwide Inc. and Momentive Performance Materials USA, Inc. since October 1, 2010 and Hexion CI Holding CO (China) LLC since June 2005. Mr. Fisher has been an Executive Vice President of Global Procurement for Hexion Inc. since June 01, 2005. He served as an Executive Vice President of Procurement at MPM Holdings Inc. He served as Director of Global Procurement and then Vice President of Global Procurement of Hexion from July 2003 to June 2005. From March 2003 to June 2003, he served as Director of Strategic Raw Materials. Mr. Fisher joined Strategic Raw Materials from January 2000 to February 2003, he served as Global Chemicals Procurement Manager for Eastman Chemical Company. He joined Momentive Performance Materials Inc. and MSC in March 2003 as Director of Strategic Sourcing and served as it's Vice President of Global Sourcing since September 2004.
