Biography
Paul Zhang, PE serves as Vice President and Director of Geotechnical Engineering at DMY. Mr. Zhang has more than 15 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing and inspection and construction management. He has extensive experience in the public sector, especially in transportation, and has successfully completed a wide array of projects with the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Prior to joining DMY, Mr. Zhang was the Branch Manager of a well-established engineering consulting company.
