Biography
An MBA graduate of INSEAD with Master’s degrees in finance and law, Francis joined Hilton Development’s Shanghai office in July 2005 to lead the expansion of all Hilton’s brands in China and Mongolia. Formerly a corporate finance lawyer, Francis brings to his role an in-depth knowledge of the private equity and venture capital markets.
