Biography
There may not be another person working in animal nutrition with as much global feed-business experience as Jeff Dykstra, our Senior Vice President of Manufacturing. A 35-year career with Cargill Animal Nutrition that started out with an entry-level position ultimately saw Jeff overseeing international market development, sales & operations management, facility startup, and feed management consulting around the world. Jeff has worked in Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand), Russia, Mexico, and Sri-Lanka. He also spent several years in Switzerland and the Netherlands where he oversaw consulting services covering Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to joining Hi-Pro, Jeff returned to North America to join Feed Management Systems (FMS) as Vice President of International Sales. Our manufacturing program benefits greatly from Jeff’s experience and understanding of global feed systems – he is working on incorporating the best of what he has seen from around the world into our system.
