Biography
Brian Doyle serves as Chairman of Rail and Public Transportation Services of HNTB Corporation. Mr. Doyle is responsible for the management and direction of HNTB Corporation's freight rail and public transportation practices, including rail and bus systems. Mr. Doyle's experience in rail transportation planning, design and construction includes key projects such as the Mainline Rehabilitation of the Long Island Rail Road-Jay Interlocking to Penn Station; the Eastern Route Rehabilitation project for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority in Boston ; the Dallas Area Rapid Transit starter system; and the Bay Area Rapid Transit-San Francisco International Airport extension design-build project.
