Biography
Mr. Kevin Hoeflich has been Chair of Toll Services at HNTB Corporation since November 7, 2016. Mr. Hoeflich primarily focuses on toll client service, strategic planning, recruiting and growing its overall toll practice. He provides counsel to HNTB clients nationwide. His expertise includes program management, priced managed lanes, all electronic tolling and technology applications. He also develops and executes strategy and partners with its national transportation practice to develop toll opportunities for state departments of transportation. He has over three decades of industry experience. He served for more than five years as the national tolls market leader for two different firms and has significant program management experience, including a four-year tenure as the program director in the general engineering consultant program at Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise. His Professional affiliations includes: International Bridge Tunnel and Turnpike Association, Florida Engineering Society, Transportation & Expressway Authority Membership of Florida and Co-Chair of Toll Operations Committee. He holds Master’s degree in business administration from Dowling College and Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from University of Dayton.
