Biography

    Mr. Paul Yarossi, PE serves as Executive Vice President at HNTB Corporation and President of HNTB Holdings Ltd. and is responsible for overseeing and directing its governance, capitalization strategy, compliance and audit functions, as well as its external and government relations. Mr. Yarossi served as a Member of Office of the Chairman at HNTB Corporation. Mr. Yarossi served as President of HNTB International Ltd. He served as the Chairman and Director of American Road And Transportation Builder's Association since October 2011 and had been its Leader for nearly a decade. He has 40 years of experience. Mr. Yarossi joined HNTB in 1973 and was involved in its every aspect. He was Officer-in-Charge for several HNTB offices in New York and New Jersey. He served as Chairman of Aviation Practice/Services at HNTB and he was instrumental in developing its training and development programs. He was Principal-in-Charge of planning and design projects at airports throughout the northeastern United States. Mr. Yarossi served as an Associate in Howard Needles Tammen & Bergendoff partnership. He served as a Co-chairman of ARTBA SAFETEA-LU Reauthorization Task Force at American Road And Transportation Builder's Association. Mr. Yarossi served as Senior Vice Chairman, First Vice Chairman and Vice Chairman at-large at American Road And Transportation Builder's Association. He served as Vice Chairman and Director of HNTB Corporation. His other business and industry involvement includes the U.S. Chamber of Commerce "Let's Rebuild America's Leadership Council," American Council of Engineering Companies Transportation Committee Vice Chairman, and Member of the Design Professionals Coalition Executive Committee. Mr. Yarossi is a registered Professional Engineer in New York and holds a Civil Engineering degree from Manhattan College.
